Hellers For Children is an independent authorized Maclaren repair center. We are committed to helping you get your repair completed professionally and in a timely manner. You can expect most repairs to be completed in approximately 7 - 14 days from the time we receive the stroller/canopy. We do carry many parts that cover strollers manufactured since 2003. In some situations we need to order parts and your repair could be delayed by a week or two, and sometimes even longer.

Maclaren’s warranty policy states that your Maclaren is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. This warranty is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase. If it has been over 1 year from date of purchase or you do not have a proof of purchase you will be required to pay for all repairs and you will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges.

If your repair is not covered under the warranty then you can expect most repair charges to be $25.00 - $50.00. Major repairs can sometimes be $75.00 - $150.00. Plus any additional shipping charges.
